Crafty Customs Shipping Policy

So you made your Crafty Customs purchase, now when will you receive it?

Your items will be mailed with standard USPS shipping. The majority of our items are able to be shipped First Class mail which has a processing time of approximately 3-5 business days. Priority Mail option is typically 2-3 business days. Overnight (Priority Express) orders cannot be guaranteed to arrive the next day as USPS has changed their policies regarding this shipping option. Overnight shipping is now known as "Express Mail" and can take between 1-2 days to arrive.

Lost Packages

Lost USPS packages will be resolved on a case by case basis. Please email us for help If you have not received your order and it's been over 2 weeks. We are NOT obligated to refund or replace any orders due to USPS losing an order. You will have to file a claim with USPS if something is lost.

Wrong Address

If your order has been shipped with the wrong address: You will be responsible for contacting USPS to change the address. You can also attempt to make a package intercept on the USPS website. You will be responsible for the fees charge if applicable.

If USPS is unable to change the address, and they ship it back to us, We will refund and cancel the order at the time the package is delivered, and you will have to place a new order. We will not provide any type of refund until returned package is received. Refund will only include product price, We will not refund shipping cost.

Processing Time v. Shipping Time

Please note that shipping times are in addition to any processing times. For example, if you purchase a tumbler with 1-2 days processing time, you should add 3-5 days to that for shipping for an overall lead time of 4-7 days delivered. Crafty Customs does not guarantee any mail delivery times as USPS is a third party service and a separate entity. Once your item is received by the postal service, it becomes the duty of the post office to deliver your products to you. Any processing before that time is our responsibility.

Are displayed on the very top of our website home page, this will change according to our order volume and any upcoming events that require us to be out of the office for them.
