We typically ship next day, depending on the amount of orders it can take up to 5-7 business days.

We do not accept returns on custom items, if there is an issue with your item we will do our best to make it right!

Please reach out to us ASAP to change your shipping address on your order, if order is already processed we will be unable to change.

Once your order is completed, we will email you the tracking number. You can track your order using the Check Order Status page.

Currently we are only shipping within the United States.

We will do our best to package everything in one package, this of course will depend on order size.
