Orders and Shipping
We typically ship next day, depending on the amount of orders it can take up to 5-7 business days.
Click on Login / Register at the top of webpage, then enter details to register.
Please reach out to us ASAP to change your shipping address on your order, if order is already processed we will be unable to change.
Once your order is completed, we will email you the tracking number. You can also track your order with the Order Status Page.
If you are in the state of Virginia we will charge sales tax.
Currently we are only shipping within the United States.
We will do our best to package everything in one package, this of course will depend on order size.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns on custom items, if there is an issue with your item we will do our best to make it right!

We are not responsible for damage packaging due to carrier, however please contact us ASAP to work on a possible solution.

Once order is placed, there is a very limited time for any changes. Please contact us ASAP to see if changes can be made.
If you decide to cancel your order, there will be a 15% restocking and supply charge.
